(a) (i) Arrange the following electromagnetic radiations in the ascending order of their frequencies: X-rays, microwaves, gamma rays, radio waves.
(ii) Write two uses of any two of these radiations.

(i) Frequency increases as wavelength decreases, so in ascending order of frequency:
radio waves

gamma rays.
(ii) Uses (any two):
X-rays --- medical radiography (imaging bones) and security/baggage scanning.
Microwaves --- RADAR and aircraft navigation, and cooking in microwave ovens.
