The resistance of a uniform conductor is $R=\rho \frac{\ell }{A}$. The two opposite rectangular faces each measure $1\text{cm}\times 100\text{cm}$ and are separated by the $1\text{cm}$ edge, so the current path length is $\ell =1\text{cm}=10^{-2}\text{m}$ and the face area is $A=1\times 100{\text{cm}}^2=10^{-2}{\text{m}}^2$. Then $R=\frac{3\times 10^{-7}\times 10^{-2}}{10^{-2}}=3\times 10^{-7}\Omega$. The resistance between the two opposite rectangular faces is $3\times 10^{-7}\Omega$.
