If are inputs to a gate and x is its output, then, as per the following time graph, the gate is:

Solution

Reading the waveforms, the output is high whenever any one of the inputs a, b, c or d is high, and drops low only when all four inputs are low together. That is exactly the behaviour of a multi-input OR gate.
