The four compounds are acyl derivatives of the same acid differing only in the group on the carbonyl, so the hydrolysis rate follows how readily that group departs. Chloride leaves most easily, so the acid chloride reacts fastest; the carboxylate of the anhydride leaves next; the alkoxide of the ester is a poorer leaving group; and the amide, which would release the strongly basic amide ion, is slowest. The rate therefore falls from the acid chloride through the anhydride and the ester to the amide.
